The Studio

Case visuals, without the three-day wait.

What used to go to an outside designer now happens before your coffee's cold.

Ask any paralegal how firm marketing graphics usually get made, and you'll hear some version of the same story: an idea gets emailed to an outside designer, along with a rough description of what's needed and the firm's brand guidelines if anyone can find them. Then you wait. A few days, usually, before a first draft comes back — and then another round of revisions, another wait, before something's actually ready to post.

That timeline makes sense for a firm's biggest brand campaigns. It makes no sense for the small, constant stream of visual needs a firm actually has: a banner for a new practice group, a graphic for next month's seminar, a clean case-timeline for a presentation, a social post announcing a result. Most of that work either goes through the same slow outside pipeline, or — more often — it just doesn't get made at all, because nobody has three days to wait for a graphic that needed to go out this afternoon.

What the Studio does

A paralegal describes what they need — or starts from a preset for the most common asks: a marketing banner, a case-visual diagram, a social post, a client-education graphic — and gets a real, generated image in about the time it takes to read this sentence. Adjust the description, regenerate, download. No back-and-forth, no waiting on someone else's calendar.

For anything that touches an actual case — a demonstrative diagram, an exhibit-style graphic — the same guardrail applies as everywhere else in the product: it's a first draft, and it needs attorney review before it's used with a client or in court. A demonstrative can never be treated as evidence, and Paralegal Power-Up is explicit about that every time.

What it's not trying to be

The Studio isn't trying to replace a firm's design partner for a major rebrand, and it's not pretending to. It's built for the volume of small, constant, time-sensitive visual work that either got outsourced at a cost and a delay, or quietly never happened — the seminar flyer, the social graphic, the internal presentation slide. The stuff that's genuinely useful but was never quite important enough to justify the three-day wait.

Now it doesn't have to wait. Video and richer client-education content are next — but the image side is live today, and it's already changing how fast a "we should really make something for that" idea turns into something a firm can actually use.
